although they have handled this professionally, dumb mistake or not - they should somehow proportionally compensate her for this.

considering how small the picture was (and i have no idea if content was in the members area) - and it's just me thinking outloud - but me thinks a small link to Ariel's program somewhere would be a nice gesture for a time period similar to the offending period.

Same thing happened when pimpmansions used deans content he shot for their promo tools for their dating site, I belive they compenstated him.

and not saying anything about adult star profits in particular, since i've never dealt with them, but there are definitely some companies and programs that will only respond to you and fix your issue AFTER you call them out. i've been in that situation before, and after that happens to you enough it's tempting to feel like contacting people one-on-one gets you nowhere so why not just skip to the gfy thread to ensure their response?

No kidding. Considering responses to DMCA's are so weak calling people out in public is often the only way to get anything to happen quickly.
