We didn't "sell" to the same customer. Platinum implied that the same customer purchased multiple free sites. There are 8 free sites. In fact, I really don't know what he purchased and which sites because Platinum refuses to disclose the details. They simply terminated us and implied that we commited fraud. It's total bullshit.

I stick to my original theory that they are simply not paying affiliates due to declining sales. The smaller affiliates, which we are in that category, as we only sold 2 or 3 per month, we are the ones to cut off first. It starts off small, cut here, pinch there.... just shave 10% across the board. then, 15%...etc...etc..... Well, they got our $ 280.

Platinum has 8 different free sites to join. We promote all 8. We can not control who joins what and when? We've been promoting them for some time now, and when one guy joins a couple, we get terminated and we don't get our previous sales commision??

I don't think much will come of this thread. But who knows, in the weeks and months ahead, if other affiliates get screwed over in the same fashion a pattern might be detected. Something that reflects the slow decline of sales. We are the first to get it in the ass when sales drop. $ 40 pps for porn that was made in the 80's ??? Come on, too good to be true.

If you actually read the thread I am not taking the side of big brother or even PB. I said you probably broke the tos without even thinking about breaking it. As in accidental. Your history has shown that you have missunderstood so many things in this industry it just makes it the most simple answer.

I will make it very simple for you since 280 is nothing to them, and so far they are not to concerned with potential drama from your post. If I was in your shoes and knew for a fact I did nothing wrong, it would only take a couple hours to file a small claims case even if on principle alone. Then you could come back here and post the document if you win, do that and well people may add a few points to what they think about your posting. It only costs 35-75 bucks and you can get that back in court if you win. Think about it.

You amuse me. You are all bitching about not getting paid for sales you generated. So when you are an affiliate you want your sponsor program to be honest and pay all the sales you send them right. I can understand that. I feel the same ;-) Even though I can not judge this situation with Platinum Bucks ( they have a far far far better reputation than you do, this has to be mentioned ...), you do remind me about some cool one liners you gave me, when I approached you , being an affiliate and wanted to get paid for some sales I send you.

PB are good peeps, and no one is going to release detailed fraud techniques that concern your signups. Im sure they made the right call.

PB was one of the first programs I signedup with, along with nastydollars and bangbros

The account was flagged as fraudulent by our automated fraud screening systems. There were numerous factors that contributed to this, e.g. duplicate sales (not just one), as well as low number of hits. These are signs usually associated with fraud.

We have been in business for 12 years and have always paid all our affiliates on time. Our reputation is rock solid and over the years we have worked with hundreds of thousands of satisfied affiliates and companies worldwide.

Due to the nature of our Free Pass Bucks program, it is highly susceptible to fraud. We do our utmost to screen all accounts flagged so, but due to the sheer volume of transactions sometimes errors and/or misjudgements can occur.
