Well, for those that do, here is some good news. The Judge has invalidated the remaining patents. That doesn't mean the case is completely over because Acacia has already stated that they plan to appeal, but that is to be expected.

I am not 100% aware it was proven, just a whole lot of people noticed same stuff. I also know that if I said there name and they challenged, it would take me a shit load longer to dig up the proof than Eric typical gives. I may go near the edge but I am not prone to leaping off.

They had not lost, many mainstream companies were paying, they own many more crazy patents and are not the only company that does.

Just curious since epic sold, did hahaha keep paying.
