Something tells me you're an idiot, and that something is "suprise, suprise" plus the fact that you think anyone would want that domain. There's been at least 2 people now that have let FMyLife.com know about this blatantly TM-infringing domain/site...would a "very good reason" to want that domain be to lose it in a UDRP decision and then possibly get sued afterwards? Why aren't you offering her $1,100 if you think it's that highly sought after?

I know one of the most notable domain lawyers around and have looked at dozens if not hundreds of UDRP cases/decisions - she is skating on extremely thin ice with FMLTube.com + "Fuck My Life Tube" fully spelled out on her site - shows full awareness of the TM'd brand she's trying to take advantage of. If they decide to submit a UDRP, she can either pay a lawyer a bunch of money to draft up a convincing response and hope to god she gets someone lenient on the UDRP panel, or she can not respond and surely lose the domain - either way that's what a potential buyer would look forward to.
