Just remember that those damn little bugs, parasites, and viruses not only evolve faster, they are better at it than we are.

so what is your point? the only way we can deal with them is by injecting ourselves with a "vaccine"?

if they are all so evolved we would be toast by now, our immune system is more powerful then you think. it is meant to adapt.

it hasnt adapted to every disease but we are talking about the flu here.

No that is not the only way, has helped in the past a couple times but no not always the only way.
Go ahead and doubt how evolved they are, no skin off my back. I can assure you that unless we actually have a actual doctor of medicine on this board, odds are I know more about medicine, the medical field, infections, our immune systems, and just about everything else health related (besides odd diets like super weight gain, and steroid usage) than anyone else on here.

Yes it has not adapted to every disease, which the flu is not such. Yes we are talking about the flu and the primary reason we catch the damn thing each year is because it has changed yet again from the last seasons version. Our only plus with the normal flu is it is fairly predictable and not new. It has not shown itself to jump quickly or do strange shit. Same can not be said of the swine version.

Someone like yourself has no real worries of such a vaccine, go ahead read up above what I did say. They are not for everyone, well at least the flu ones are not.

Though people seem quick to forget history and it was less than 90 or so years ago that we had a pandemic that took out around 100 million people and infected shitloads more. Oddly enough it was a flu virus and also a subtype of the poor harmless little swine flu.

Are the W.H.O. and C.D.C. issuing warnings on their sites calling those pandemics?

If not, then your post does not make any sense.

Maybe that is the point. Just more spin trying to prove a point that you do not want a shot? Whatever. If you do not wanna shot because of the invisible man in the sky, your psychic, or brand of voodoo tells you that it is baaaaaaaaad then don't get one. The end.

Frankly, if I had kids, I would listen to the world's leading health organizations, and their recommendations. But that's just me. I am sure they have a few people around those places more intelligent then auntie and her 50 years around a hospital, or cousin Joe Bob who heard from someone at work it is a global conspiracy, or some priest, other so called expert in people's circle of friends, or generations of crossing your toes for family luck in regards to medicine and sickness.

I personally can not think of a time in my life that the word 'pandemic' has been used by leading health agencies. I am not saying it hasn't ever happened, but not to my knowledge anyway.

However, these are your kids to kill any way you see fit. So go on with your bad self.

Yes... Pandemics don't have to be world wide, they can be in a single city or region of the world. Most major pandemic virus or whatever, are still active in the world. Other than the really old ones.

The flu has been pandemic before, early 90's.. and AIDS/HIV as another example.

Getting a vaccine, does not stop you from getting the flu. It makes it so when you get the flu, you can beat it quicker.

It doesn't mean a person that hasn't had the vaccine, can catch it quicker... it just means they "might" get sicker.

Again, if this was pandemic as in killing people off... I would be all over it. But because you live on this half of the world, you missed out on the other half going through it during the Winter - and it looks like they all lived.

over fitty flu shots

aniloscash 09-30-2009 11:45 PM

I think those shots are the cause behind autism? I dont understand why they automatically give kids a million shots

After Shock Media 10-01-2009 12:22 AM

zomg, back to square one.
no it does not.
but parents who are starting to think that way are the reason we are seeing what we thought were beaten diseases coming back again. I love me some polio.

rowan 10-01-2009 01:35 AM

I don't understand why you didn't just man up and tell her that you were not taking your daughter to the doctor. Lying is just going to cause more problems, and it's probably not making the best impression on your daughter either...

Kids get the polio shot, the parents have no choice or the kid can't go to school.

If everyone got the flu vaccine today, the same number of people would get sick and die, this round... and the flu would return next season. If every person in the world has the flu vaccine, it's still going to return.
