Is this a crazy PTA mom? Who would report someone because you saw them naked through a window? Trespassing or not. It's inside their house. You don't have to look that way. If he stays inside his home let it go. This lady must be an uber snitch or he did something to provoke her that we just don't know about.

Round up everyone who does not take part in any of it and you would have a very empty state, assuming we took one of average size. Would be lucky to get even 10% of the population. If you were strict and did not allow any supernatural beliefs and you may get down to 5-7%
