If you want to do it yourself, I dont give any service.
But you can rent a space on one of the bug multicast services

But if you sign up for my site as an artist/or sitemanager(both free)
-You connect the cam-system to our server (through the internet)
-You can record the shows live WHILE streaming it out to the customers.
-You can schedule events, or made sheduled plyoffs of old events on a given time.
- The is a live chat for the artist/sitemanager
-After the show you edit it online, I cant do it, its your site, and you desite who have access.
-We take care of the serverpart(including license, cc processing)
-The servers are build as a cluster, so if you get REAL big, you just add a few servers, and you can run 10.000 streams at the time

Here is where you are losing me. I am charging the members for the site access not the feed. I have my own server but it looks like I need a special multicast server. Is that what you are offering? Where else will this feed go?

Looks like we are on the right track with the Axis products. They appear to do everything I want. Now all I have to do is figure out how to record the broadcast and also connect it to the website.

Well..
-our system is based on the "pay pr. minute thing" so it dosent work that well with the "pay pr. access" But the guys can modefy the system - so thats no problem.
-you need a server that can stream the signal out, and handle the users - Thats what we made. Our service should be seen as a "frontend to your own Cam" BUT with the online videoediting, chat, media-archiving and payment processing as features noone else can give you.

Out stong side is:
-A normal Teenqueen can make her own site and start making bank. She dont need ANY programming skills.

or

-A person can make a site, and set himself up as sitemanager, and organice the girls/boys/whatever and make some BIG BANK.
And the artist still make their own money, but the sitemanager deside how much
