In my early days of running porn stores I was handcuffed by police and hauled off to jail for some pretty vanilla VHS porn by a crusading police officer and mayor that had larger political aspirations. It's not like prosecutors and the DOJ are saying that vanilla porn is ok, and just the stuff that Max Hardcore produced was repulsive. Most of the "internet only" generation of people in porn feel shielded from law enforcement, but it only takes one time getting the cuffs slapped on to change your opinion.

Who's an OKAY person in these scenarios:

4: The person that at her 2nd hardcore scene gets her to take it anal

8: The person that takes an crackwhore and pay to piss her in the face / shit in her throat and what not

If you think any of the "persons" is "OKAY" then you'd better rethink the business you are in since each step per your definition is "pushing the limits" /abuse of the person (probably with the exception of the crackwhore) and getting them ready for the next step.

My position is not what a person "deserves" in this case since "deserves" is obviously a VERY subjective notion. I don't say he deserves to be in prison because of my careful legal analysis or some deep insight i have into the process or obscenity law, religious affiliation or for anything else. When the jury can't watch the evidence because they are so repulsed by what they see... then there is a problem.
