Yes, OP says the "click to download this video" lead to CP.

technically they are stealing your content so Yes.

In this case I would ban without a warning, because of three reasons.
First, in all likelihood they'll switch it back a week later and I wouldn't want
to have to keep checking up on them. Secondly, one you intentionally
screw me, I don't want to work with you. Why would I want to send checks
to people who essentially stole from me? Lastly, if they are screwing all
of the affiliate programs and supporting sites full of stolen content, I want
do whatever I can to help them go out business ASAP. I would tell them WHY
they are banned, perhaps, and tell them they can re-join if and when they
start acting like professionals - no screwing ANY affiliate programs and
no links to ANY stolen content sites.

If one of them posts on a board you lay out your screenshots and such showing
them to be complete thieves. They have no credibility and you get points for
integrity and supporting the kind of legitimate professional conduct which helps
the whole industry.

it's your content and youre free to do with it what you like. if you feel someone is using your content in a way you disapprove of, no one can question your right to ban.

If there's a way to alter the video feed at your end before you ban him, I'd switch it to something that said 'this is an unauthorized link, sponsor xxx is stealing from affiliate 123' or 'dear surfer... did you know that you're visiting a site that supports piracy and child porn? The FBI is investigating...'
There's nothing like putting a little bit of fear into the pirates or making surfers aware of shady programs!

I'm really starting to think that the whole "every ex-gf site is filled with cp" garbage is just for shock value. I promote a lot of ex-gf sites and I have yet to see anything that made me think "questionable content". If you are so sure a site has cp on it why not report them?

Instead of blocking or banning them.... Figure out how you can make a default trailer play on the affiliates traffic, heavily promoting your Websites. Give the surfers direct instructions; big arrow pointing up, enter the url whatever.com then press enter, and brand yourself of course.

Let the affiliate keep the account, if you get a sale, sweet. Otherwise, it's free traffic/branding, probably as long as you never say anything to them.

I'm no flash expert, but could you just set it up so all views from that ip redirect to your tour page or some shit? lol

throwing up a banner or url on the player wont do shit as those guys couldn't drive a sale to save their family's lives.

Last year I called one of those sites out on another board for posting Bangbros videos with titles like "Mommy showed me how.. did I do it right mommy?". They claimed they were pulling 1:300 with Bangbros and then spent like five more posts calling me a "xian fundie" because I thought that might be a little distasteful.

you are totally in the right, part of the terms of using the content need to be links to the said content's site on the same page as the content.

quickest way to tell is the 2 girls with braces and cum on their faces which was photoshoped in are known to be 15 years old, another way to tell is if they scrape places like jj dot am who have stated that there's nothing wrong with posting nude underage girls as long as there is no sex involved, and other forums where everyone knows underage girls post, not gonna mention em but they are obvious.

if you think any of these jokers can tell a 16 or 17 year old from an 18 year old your fooling yourself, and I've reported some of them, some of them I warned before I did to take down the offending content, and when they see what it was they freak out as well cause they are tossing shit up and don't give a fuck, and then all the other illegal GF sites are just scraping off each other.

Don't get me started.
