Congrats on the weight loss! How much did you lose in how much time? I'm continuing on my weight loss journey and just got back to being serious about it again after what's been about a year "off". In a year and a half I lost about 75 pounds and the last year I gained about 15 of it back...now I'm down 5 of that and heading hopefully to the 180's or 190's.
