Ok, someone please tell me how can I gateway not pay? They don't get the money in the first place, but the merchant bank. At least I thought Jettis was just a gateway, not a 3rd party.

I don't know how jettis works, but some gateways don't even get the money in the first place. The paysite owner has to pay them, as the transaction money goes straight to the merchant account, not through the gateway first. But as said, no clue how jettis works.

When i recieved payment last time Dan contacted me via icq and he asked me to confirm that i recieved the payment. That's all, i didnt hear from him anymore and i did not recieve payments anymore.

Still no money here either and rebills are still being processed every day, so they are basically stealing. I mailed several times to all the staff members, no one replies.
Funny thing is when I had a technical question they replied right away, but then I asked about payments again and they didn't reply to that. I have no idea why they threat their customers like this. They owe us several thousands now. And we already paid out the money to our affiliates so it's a double loss.
If they don't want to continue doing their third party billing they should just say so and close everything down, but keeping rebilling customers and not paying the site owners is stealing.

You are correct about that, but that is not the case here, because this is about Jettis' third party billing solution (365billing), which is just like Ccbill, etc.

you probably have not realized yet that porn industry is one of the most unethical one out there. This is standard operating procedure for billing processors who go down. They simply keep on billing customers for as long as they can, keep their website up so that rebills go though but simply dont respond to webmasters nor do they ever pay. Fucking visa and mastercard rape us anally, talk about being fair to customers and all the while happily let these bastards keep on running illegal transactiosn.

Have seen same shit with so many billing processors...webstream, paymonde....and so many others. All ran with thousands of $$
Login into your account right away, cancel and refund all active subscribers. Do some good karma while you can!
