I've been ripped off too much by these fucks that think they are untouchable. This kind of thing seems to be some of the last grasps before the fall. And remember, Dirty D accepted my traffic for 3 months without paying me, and without contacting me to let me know he didn't accept PPC traffic. He allowed me to continue to run my PPC campaign and send him traffic and joins with no intentions of paying me. This is not only a matter of him making up the rules of his program as he goes along, but also a matter of dishonesty and total disregard for his affiliates.

IMHO the only correct way to handle this would have been to tell him that you don't want these sales, pay him for the sales he generated, update your terms and let all your affiliates know that you won't allow this kind of marketing anymore. To just stop paying without letting him know is not a good way of doing business at all. I can understand this if somebody is carding or something similar but not in this case.
