I don't need to tell you once again that PPC is a legitimate advertising method. Google made its money through PPC advertisers, which means that there are millions of dollars being spent everyday to promote programs via Googles PPC program. Bidding on the name of a site DOES NOT equal stealing joins. And furthermore, you had NOTHING in your terms that touched on PPC marketing. AND EVEN FURTHERMORE, you continued to accept my traffic AND SALES for 3 months without ever saying a word to me. This tells me that you were out to scam me from the beginning. You know where the traffic was coming from enough to remove my payout from the NATS batch, but didn't have the courtesy to tell me that you were going to steal my money.

What I have seen is people who have been in this industry since the beginning saying the same thing as the new guys, I am owed money and you should pay it. Both program owners and affiliates. I see a lot of join dates in this thread that are before both mine and yours. Have you ever seen a thread in all your time here that is so unanimous? EVERYONE that has posted in this thread agrees that you owe an affiliate money and that money should be paid.

Yes, you offered me $100 per signup, but I didn't take it. Why would I? You already owe me nearly $500 (which will be over $500 since I sent you a sale in November) on legitimate sales which you refused to pay, and now you want me to send more? You really can't understand why I didn't take that super offer?

What it comes down to is the fact that you either can't afford to pay me, or you are out to rip off your affiliates, the very people who helped you build your business. The wise thing to do would be to pay me the money that I am owed so we can both go our separate ways. Otherwise I will relentlessly pursue this topic on the boards and at shows. And if you think for one second I am some keyboard warrior without the resources to carry this out for a long time, you've got another thing coming, because this thread is only the beginning.

Of course, you could do the right thing and pay me what you owe me and this will all go away. The choice is yours.

Understandable when SEM is concerned, but it's you fault to not exclude "brand bidding" in your terms. You don't have it excluded in your terms, you pay the man, it's that easy. Put it in your terms, send out an email to all affiliates informing them of the changes with a grace period, that's the way to do it.

As far as SEO is concerned, it's simply suicide to not allow affiliates to use your site names for domains/subdomains/directories, since everybody in adult allows it. I mean, would you hesitate to pay Freeones.com if they rank #1 for one of your models or TheBestPorn.com when ranking with a review for your site? You shouldn't...

If it wasn't prohibited in the TOS, then the affiliate needs to be paid.

I think the most any sposnor can ask for is that their affiliates follow the TOS. But when affiliates do just that and still don't get paid, that raises serious questions of all the other things not in the TOS that you might not pay someone for.
