Tearing up the prenup would be the most idiotic thing he could possibly do. Not only would she get half, but she'd probably get half of everything he'd ever make from here on out. That is a lot worse than 36 months of a publicly drawn out court case. His dirty laundry is already out there, sweeping it up now or in 36 months will make no difference.

My prenup holds water no matter what I do. I even had to specify in it that if I die my belongings go to my wife, otherwise she wouldn't get those either.

Wrong because Florida is a "No Fault" state......Meaning that a person's transgressions doesn't result in punitive damages when it comes to divorce.
