This has nothing to do with being trailer trash or whatever else. People go to court all of the time. It's going to be heard in front of a bunch of people in court here or there so what's the difference?

I?m not saying you are trailer park bud, but most people on shows like that are very much...why put one self in that category? :upsidedow

It's not that damn personal. This chick fucked up my brand new carpet and now I have to have it replaced. Simple as that.

Most people on that show are complete idiots and have no clue wtf they're even suing for. I think it would be fun. Get to meet Judge Judy and have a nice full expense paid trip to LA. :upsidedow

Oh for sure you would only want to do it with 100% iron clad, and dressed to the point where the judge asks if you are a lawyer. Thats what you'd want ideally.

Thats interesting about the payout, maybe I was confusing it with Joe Brown.

Just got some info back.

Basically, they're sending a letter to the defendant now to see if she agrees. If not, cant do anything. If so, we'll go from there.

If the show is aired, we do get money, just did not find out how much. The girlfriend spoke to her, not me.

So we wait...I hate waiting!

Awesome dude. Why not get a paid trip to LA? Plus, you've clearly filed a case in small claims so that bitch that ruined your carpet is going to lose one way or the other. At least if it's settled on a "court" show, she'll be compensated.
