Civilized. Very little pollution. Educated. No roaming packs of street dogs.

I don't have to deal with uneducated rice farmers day in and day out. I'm living in an actual functioning society rather than in a place that is struggling to survive. Thailand is what it is, but there are much better places to live in Asia, just maybe not as cheap.

The quality of women here blows Thailand away. Most of them are educated, white skin, well spoken, well dressed and come from decent families. And when I want a dark skin dirty Thai whore, they are here too, they just cost double what you pay for them in Thailand.

The quality of life is better in HK, however I may spend a few years back in Thailand to help a friend out with a new project of his, but by no means will I live there forever. Thailand is fun, but I've done my time there and would rather not spend more than a year or two there again.

FuckSakes, take it from me - you don't leave a business that you do well with for 'someone'. If she's not happy, make sure she has a job that is double yours until you can get back on your feet - if she doesn't, tell her that she can't be asking you to give up your stability.

In Thailand you can find what you are looking for..... you can be a monger and drink, party and bang all day and all night, be involved in gf ripping you off or locking you out drama, get drugged and mugged by ladyboys,or you can go about your business or enjoy a peaceful family life in a nice house.

what kind of eduction can a kid get there? can you really find someone you actually have things in common with? I would think the cultural divide is so huge that its doubtful you would have anything much in common besides sex perhaps.

I started in Japan where the women are truly beautiful. I've never been into the dark tropical look that is found in SE Asia. I prefer white skin and a classic Asian look.

Sadly, too many guys just go to Thailand, hit Bangkok and maybe Pattaya. A few hit Phuket and Samui, and that's it. There is so much more to see and most people simply don't see it.

If you have the money you can send your kids to international schools. There are so many rich locals in Thailand. Much richer than most people here I would say.
