ok so here is my review - if anyone cares

firstly i gotta say its interesting

but i think this is better as an ebook or as a 1 time sale
i dont see it having any value as a monthly membership

also one down side is you are giving away almost everything for free so i dont see any value as an initial sale either with your current setup

well you asked for a review so here is what i think

I like the concept. I see alot of synergies with other successful properties without directly competing with any product or service I'm aware of.

I think design wise it needs a little bit of help but not too much. I don't think you need to have a huge flashy tour, but maybe just smooth the rough edges and the copy could use a little more punch. I think it's key to keep it as clean as possible. E-books were mentioned once or twice, what I will say on that tip- while it's NOT an ebook I would try to design it with an educational vibe in mind. Seems like that may be what you are going for already.

When you can, I would hook up with FletchXXX. His straight forward no bullshit approach would be a really good match with this.

Again, graphically you don't need much. I subscribe to the ugly pretty philosophy, but I think it does need a touch of spit and pollish to gain consumer confidence and secure a card swipe.

I believe it needs a bit of tweaking, mostly on explaining the surfer what is he buying exactly imho, but I like the site and its niche, could do really well :) Congratulations!

I really like the idea - like a few others, I was surprised I've never seen a site like that before, but I really think it has lots of potential. As a non-compete upsell, we should see banners for that in most members area eventually :) And it's a perfect ad for all tubes

Hrm, well it is a unique way of packaging content, which is good... I think the tour could use a harder sell, and for the first couple of minutes I was confused what the surfer was actually getting for their money.

I'm skeptical whether it will sell on traditional porn traffic but I'll be very interested to see the initial results once it's launched.

definitely a different approach.....(made a few suggestions privately) since i am old time and washed up and probably have no clue what i am saying....i think it can work with a little design tweaking and tightening up the internal links (navigation)

but i will never forget the cancun dinner at ruth chris with jessica simpson and nick lachey (sp?) sandwiched between 4 or 5 tables of adult webmasters.....

Interesting concept. I like the idea. I would want more sales pitches and a better join page. But designs and picthes can be altered It's the concept that is pretty unique in this biz and that will sell well with certain traffic.

Also the niche twist can be incorporated taking It to virtually any niche or ethnically which makes It very scalable.

I like it and I think it will do very well.
And yes, Im a total bro.

wow, i don't know where to start. so unexpected! i couldn't imagine what this project was many months ago and you really surprised me here. i knew you had something cooking that was revolutionary and going to sell based on our conversations. at no time did you give me the slightest hint as to what this site would be. i am very impressed my friend and so happy for you! you really did it here and the hardships of the last couple years will soon be a distant memory. i decided to post all my thoughts here without speaking to you on icq so you would get my objective opinion.

what came to mind when i reviewed the site:

1. totally original concept for a website derived from a topic that has sold millions of dollars and prompted several great mainstream movies.
2. will have huge mainstream cross over and allow you to capture dollars that most "porn" sites can't touch. this will also gain affiliates in sectors broader than just adult.
3. you can def. spin off the much publicized success of the alter ego on your banner ads (without copyright infringement of course) and pull mad traffic in the mainstream market
4. like a couple of others, i wasn't 100% sure on the hook to retain the member monthly. just meaning, at first glance it seems they can get most of the unique info/content they require to you-know-what within their first month. i would make sure that it is clear to the member why they should stay and see more. a clear outline of future benefits right up front. does this make sense? we will talk on icq about it. remember, i am looking at the site as a prospective member right now.
5. this will make a great add-on for every program out there. i foresee a way to not only get traffic from sites and sell memberships but actually integrate into their programs with this "product" on a different level.
6. i suggest you jump on the mainstream press bandwagon immediately. i'm talking radio and news press. Howard Stern would eat this up and his listeners would join in a heart beat.
7. i like that the site has a clean look that makes it easy to navigate. at the same time, as mentioned elsewhere in the thread, it does need a little more pizzaz (just a little)
8. roll out slowly and pick your partners wisely. then blow it up!
9. this site will never become pase or irrelevant
