What law are they breaking man? As long as they comply with dmca takedown what law are they breaking? Again I'm not defending anyone I'm jsut saying that they are not breaking the law if they follow DMCA takedown. What law are you refering to? And for the record I have always FORBIDDEN my kids from downloading any songs online for free. It is stealing short and simple. Hacked programs? I don't fucking think so, I pay $35 for ftp pro license when there's thousands of hacked copies flying around. Pirated videos? Not in my house, if it's not on cable it doesnt get watched. 75% of the guys crying about tubes have 1000 or more priated songs on their computer they downloaded.
