Brokers make money from traffic , and if the buyer is using it to feed his criminal tube site , then i suppose it makes his traffic more worthwhile/valuable, so its a safe bet that traffic brokers probably accept them as it makes their traffic profitable and makes other traffic worthless, making them more money on both ends :winkwink:
