Hi, welcum to the scene.
Some guys here think they seem to know it all :)
Dude, imho you should think like this:
Say for example you just opened a new electronic shop (bricks) and your shop is positioned between other electronic stores.....It's gonna take some time before people will actually come in and spend some money in your store.
Porn is no different. You decided to go into adult and now after just one month you're expecting people to come to your website, trust you and buy. I think your expectations are a little high after one month.
It personally took me about a year to get some steady sales and that was in 2003/4.
Earning good money on porn is still possible but since the uprising of tubes it has got a little more challenging.
My personal advise to you would be:
Make people come to your site first and see which programs converts for you and your visitors. Once you know that make sure that you update your site every day and then start building some kickass galleries. Auto submitters are great tools but don't depend just on them. Software never has the ability to use common sense! I hope you do.
I have never really used auto submitters and the reason why: Cuz everyone else has it so we're all using the same pool to fish sales.
Also not to forget: make sure that you start making friends with some fellow webmasters for link trading but also to share ideas. I must say that most of the adult webmasters are great people and most of them aren't shy of sharing ideas and helping out (even with scripts etc). Check out wordpress bad boy Fris. He's a great webmaster that always seems to help people with their wordpress questions.
So bro, good luck with it all, don't expect the world of sales cuz YOU decided to open a porn site.
PM me if you want some help
Ciao

I was going to offer much of the same advice as the above so no need now, excellence is hard to top. But I would add one thing, a practical self-goal, if you will. MRPW, my network, rose from absolutely ZERO - nothing, nada. It grw into a business by me working it and never stopping, never. Ever. BUT, and here's the advice:
set yourself a reasonable time limit for how long you are willing to make little to nothing while you journey along this learning curve. Six months? 3? 12? At what point do you say: "I've given this a legit shot, it's just too______ I', leaving". Set it NOW. In your head and heart. Then, whatever that time limit is - 3 months, 12, 7 - work your ASS OFF until then.
2nd Bit: If your sales are growing every month, and all indicaters are pointed in the right direction, you may alter that time frame when you reach it.
Good Luck!!!! :)
