We haven't run any specials or done a free install promo offer since 2009.

What I'll do for you and anyone else in this thread who signs up with us before May 15th 2011 is offer you 1 free month on the CMS plus any add-ons. Depending on which add-ons you want this can be a $ savings that comes close to getting free setup.

Someone came in to work on their day off to help you before you were even our customer.

I think this says a lot about our support and I challenge you to look for another CMS company who will step up in the ways we have - AND one who offers its customers a high quality, feature rich product that's up to date, updated often and comes with professional US based support all for a base price of $150 a month.

Most of our customers appreciate this kind of thing. You seem to be one of the unfortunate exceptions to this and Elevated X is probably not a good fit for your needs.

I wouldm't call my post negitive, the only problem I have is having to use a ticketing system for support. As I said once you get everything up and running it's great, and I myself trying at leaste 10 different flash video settings, could not come up with something that matched your quality. yes my responses to the tickets were very fast, can't complain about that. but having to sign in and filling out all the info to send a ticket everytime is a pain for me "the customer". as far as u guys comming in and working on the cms and getting everything together on a weekend When it switched to my company, You guys came in and handled it as good or better than anyone could ask for (thank you for that). anyways I'm just leaving my true feedback on your product, no company in the world is perfect and I thought I left good feedback acording to my knowledge.... I just didn't skip out anything like alot of others do. so people can actually take my post serious... I don't know about you but when i'm looking at products and everything is 100% positive on everything, makes me wonder if it's just thier friend or affiliate and not "real" info. and as far as posting on your old thread, it looks like you have others interested in getting your cms, so your welcome.

overall I havn't seen a better cms out there, support response is fast as long as you don't mind ticketing systems. I don't blame u for getting upset over one negitive comment though, I do the same thing with alot of the reviews for my site... even if it's a good review, there is always something that bugs me....lol

Let me clarify again.

Yes, much. If my response above seemed harsh it's because good support is the #1 thing most people look for when considering buying a high end CMS product like ours to run their business.

Anytime someone implies that our support might not be good I take it to heart. And unless we've made a mistake or done something wrong to deserve negative criticism, I will always want to defend it.

Thanks for clarifying that your gripe is with ticket systems and not about the quality of our support on a whole :)

yeah just frustrated about the tickets, I don't have a log in for the ticketing system so I have to fill everything out everytime I submit a ticket.

there isn't any issue's with the actual support or product.

I've put up at least 50 sites for people using elevatedx, and I will also confirm that their support is top notch. They've even just given us basic help with smarty, not related to their system. That requires a lot of patience . . these guys are definitely here to help.

I'm working with MAS and I'm satisfied with it.
Ross and Dess always answer my tickets and most of time give a better answer than I expected.

They customize everything and always help, and I want to thank them for that! :thumbsup

I agree 100% - Ross and Dess provide the best support I have come across in the whole of my time in the adult business. MAS is an excellent product to go for!
