Also, when you're in the ccbill admin, in the forms section, you can edit the price descriptions so they show at the bottom of the page instead of right next to the price for your recurring option.

So on ccbill's join page your price will display" (30 Dollars for 30 Days*)
(instead of 30 Dollars for 30 Days Then 30 dollars every 30 days.)

Then the asterisk info will show up at the bottom of your ccbill join page.

I had a hard time telling what the site was selling just from looking at it. Wasn't sure if it was a porn site or dating advice site.

If you are including me in your "hater's" category, I never said I hated it. Just expressed my opinion that it is unclear what is in the member's area. That seems to be the general consensus from anyone that has offered constructive criticism so far.

As for my business, I build free sites and blogs as an affiliate.

I see you have lots of wise and experienced people there behind you. That's important, both for support and for feedback.

Some observations I made which might help improve the site are:

• Correct spelling errors here and there.

• Perhaps a better light balance could be applied to the photos (or put them on a colored background, instead of a stark white background, so that the difference from girl-to-girl won't be as obvious).

• I would suggest a different logo (or at least eliminate the dot on the top of the logo).

My suggestion would be to use an animated gif of a traffic signal with the green light blinking YES, and have surfers click on the Yes signal to enter the site.

• Place some type of video on the first page after people click inside (an introductory video for example, such as a girl saying, "Hey guys, welcome to Yes Signals, where you are not only going to be entertained by hot, sexy girls, but as a bonus you are also going to learn the techniques which will help you increase your chances of getting that hot chick that you've had your eyes on..."

• Put a general warning on the landing page that it is an adult site (not simply another typical pick-up" site).

Until I opened a video, I didn't realize that it was going to have hardcore content (and that was my 5th or 6th random click - you need to hook the surfer faster than that, or they may surf away).

* Since there is hardcore content inside (I viewed a few videos), you need to get those 2257 disclaimers up (yes, even though you are Canadian, lol).

These aren't criticisms per se, so please don't take my comments the wrong way.

It's always good to get unbiased feedback.

Anyway, I see lots of marketing potential there.

Not that it probably really matters, but I just noticed that your basic images directory is open. You should put make that directory redirect to the main page via 404 or something.

it always amazes me though how when some people see something done differently they don't get it....

The join page should be where you re-affirm what you are giving them, not the place they first discover it. Many won't hit the join page to find out if they got no clue what it is exactly they are going to try to join. I would definitely provide some clear introduction text or video on the tour that lets them know exactly what the site is, and then re-affirm it to them on the new join page.

As a whole I would say its a unique concept to mix it with the porn angle and I got no idea if it will work or not, but I would definitely say the tour needs to be way more crisp. From taking the care to cutout the girls properly, right to the crispness of their images as a whole. A lot of them are blurry and look compressed from 2001.

Quite frankly I think you have been around the adult industry and porn girls far too long and have become jaded on what is true dating advice. This to me looks like some random amateur porn site that was thrown together in a few days with some low budget content.

I don't know what I was expecting...but it wasn't what you have presented. Right off I agree with all of the critiques that suggested you need to explain what the site is about and specifically what a member will find in the members area and why one should become a member. My response was "huh" wtf is this all about...and why would I want to be a member of this site. In my opinion the way it is now...it presents a very...very weak... incentive to join a very bad porn site.

I hope you work out some kinks and it works out for you...but as it is now...I don't know why anyone would join the site. Just stating my viewpoint...sorry.
