How about you start a new thread and layout all the facts or grievances you have against him in there. Maybe he might even answer you. Call out other content producers and ask what their take is on the situation.

Wow - so he's basically admitted he was wrong. What was the other thread about this up to? Like 35 pages or something, gees if he was going to pay why didn't he just do it to start with like any reasonable person, would have saved alot of negative publicity.

He probably figured any publicity is good publicity, but he obviously didn't consider being labeled as a thief and a scammer is never good publicity.

We have paid webmasters millions on time for over 10 years.

Not a single paysite wants affiliates to purchase the EXACT spelling of the domain name via PPC. Shoehorn knew that this was shady when he decided to send me google search engine traffic for the EXACT spelling of "Crack Whore Confessions" - while he was lying to me about the traffic sources.

I took this shady behavior personally and have paid Shoehorn.

The TOS will be updated shortly to state the obvious.
