Thank God we got out with all the animals! My poor cat was stuck upstairs and I just knew she wasn't going to make it but affter a hour of looking for her we found her in my dresser. It was a good thing I had left one of the drawers open.

sorry to hear

Nothing sucks quite like a house fire. When I was in the second grade I came home from school one day to see our farmhouse up in flames. Whole place burnt right to the ground as we stood and watched. The family farm is about 20 minutes out of the nearest town, so by the time the trucks made it out, they were pretty much just in control mode to make sure the fire didn't spread to the barn, or into the nearby trees. We lost pretty much everything. Sure insurance covers some of that, but you're basically left standing with your dick in your hand in that situation.

Trust me i know where you're coming from and Im sorry to hear this. Hope everything goes well for you. I'm sure being the holiday season people will come together to help in any way they can.

I'm sorry you had that happen all so , it be honest the red cross and my dog trainer were the only ones to help. I thought people would be will to help more as it was x-mas but they didn't. Thank god we didn't need as much help as other people have.

Gotta be so careful, happy you're safe.

I had a small kitchen fire last night too, my wife came yelling at me, and my pot was boiling over sending maybe 2 feet high flames up the side of my pot..

I had a big batch of chicken stock going, and the fat from the chicken was dripping down the side of the pot and igniting on the burner, plus pooling under the burner for more fire down there..

Luckily we were on it and nothing happened. But I'll have to think better in the future, not fill the pot so much, and watch it until I can turn the burner down to 1 after initial boil.

Scary shit.

I'm glad things are OK now TurboAngel :thumbsup but are you sure the fire wasn't started by the mad driver who chased you the other day?

wehateporn 05-15-2014 05:50 AM

Did you recently cheat death?
