So sorry for your loss. My heartfelt condolences to you and your family.

My 97 year old grandmother passed earlier this year. I dealt with some of it then, but this holiday season has really brought it home for me.

She sounds like she had a wonderful spirit and the picture glows with joie de vivre. I'm sure she felt blessed to have had you as a son.

Well, talked with my dad today. Mom is being cremated locally with her ashes being interred 100 miles from here.

Since she enjoyed her bike ride so much we decided that she will ride with me, on the bike, to her final resting place.

My Christmas is complete now.
