Since it's based on Wordpress it is a GPL product. There's nothing stopping anyone who purchased it from fixing bugs, making changes and then redistributing it.

Maybe this is a case where something like that might work. A nice little community might pop up and people can get support there.

[QUOTE=fris;16699809]here is a few with issues.

From Claudio:

Let me fully address this post. My GFY account is not working right now, so I am having MO post for me. I almost never post on GFY but it seems this needs to change because of posts from people like Fris.

1. The phone number you tried had technical issues from a forwarding company and is fixed since the first day you posted this thread.

2. I have no ICQ records from you, no emails from you, nor does MO.

3. Since your post the phone number is working and I have contacted you 3 times on ICQ and got nothing. Are you really just pulling our legs? Are you really serious about doing business? Perhaps you work for another CMS and just using this as negative press.

4. Aaron has contacted me and I have answered all of his questions.

5. On the "so slooow" support question. I am not familiar with the client and more than happy to help anyone, as I always have.

Since the launch of this product, I have personally taken care of all the clients who have purchased AdultsiteCMS.

We stand behind this product 100%. We refund clients who cannot get it to work. We install it for free. I have personally helped clients even if they have customized it. I go in and actually do the work for the client on their server to fix their issues.

Fris - I don't know what you are talking about and your credibility is really starting to fade. WHERE ARE YOU? I CANNOT GET A HOLD OF YOU EITHER! What I will say is that thanks for all the FREE PR, I think you have actually helped get our product out there more!

On the topic of getting a hold of me - Perhaps it was not meant to be. From your attitude and negative blasting here it is apparent why I would never do business with anyone like yourself.

One the question of support - AdultsiteCMS is different from other adult CMS?s. We DO NOT charge monthly charges. It is a software offering built upon Wordpress with is an OPEN SOURCE application. Our CMS is 99% OPEN CODE. This means that you can buy it and modify like you want. We only protect a small number of scripts.

Wordpress is a community product. AdultsiteCMS is made to be customized, go nuts, build it out. Post on our wiki support of things you have added. DO NOT limit yourself!

Clients whom have purchased AdultsiteCMS, know that I will fix any issues related to something NOT working correctly on the CMS.

Fris does the famous Wordpress plugin support you claim go in and fix issues for you?, Fix billing integration issues for you? Install it for you? Re-install it for you? Help you even with server setup issues? Recommend servers for you? WE DO and HAVE and CONTINUE TO!

At the moment there are NO pending support items that I am not personally handling, and two of which have posted positivity on this thread.

AdultsiteCMS is the most reasonable adult CMS around:
$249.95 for 1 license
$449.00 for an unlimited server license.
And we will install it for you and we stand behind it 100%!

Does anyone know where to find really good documentation on how to use this software? It's extremely vague.

Other people have used AdultSiteCMS and they -- including us -- stand behind the product. But we strive to make the CMS user-friendly, cost-efficient, and easy to install.

You had issues with the AdultSiteCMS, correct. We tried rectifying it with you FOR HOURS. Ultimately, you decided not to push through with the purchase. We REFUNDED you the whole amount. Now it seems, you're interested again. If you want to see the new version, do contact us and we are happy to accommodate you again. I hope there are no hard feelings. :-)

Incidentally, why are you asking for documentation when you were issued a refund?

Oh and btw, this thread was started by the gentleman complaining that he couldn't contact Claudio the day after Christmas. I'm sorry not everyone works a day after Christmas.

MarcFromTheDark 10-20-2011 12:36 AM

Actually, no I'm not interested personally, and why are you airing my business on this forum? I have a client interested, but without proper documentation I asked her to take caution.

I would have to agree though, as you, who I assume is Claudio, is extremely difficult to get ahold of. It took almost two months for a refund, only after many attempts at email with no response.

If you're going to sell the product, please include proper documentation in *complete* form. *For instance, there is no where you provided that showed a list of the special tags.

It looks like you upgraded the pdf file finally. Too bad it was so vague when I needed it.

Hello,

I need that refund done asap please, I'm in dire need to resolve this situation immediatly. Please call me ASAP

----

Refunded finally about a week and a half later. Seriously? After the support being just as delayed and vague as the refund request, I was happy to be rid of it.

adultsitecms 10-20-2011 08:43 AM

So why are you asking for documentation then? It's clear you are still using it.

adultsitecms 10-20-2011 08:53 AM

Here's what Claudio has to say:

"I guess some people just like to use GFY to vent about everything - even if they are fully refunded. I hope you have a nice life! And Marc, if I ever find out you have been using my software after I have refunded you, please know that I can seek legal action!"
