We are still here and ready to release an upgraded version as well as another product.

Phone and ICQ were off for few days because we moved the office.

So what happens if someone has an emergency with the product, and you cant be found for days?

I have 1 hour response times on some wordpress products I have bought, yet you cant even respond to people trying to get info or buy the product.

Im not trying to spread negative info, Im just trying to figure out why people in this thread are saying they have tried to conact you guys with no luck.

Im not the only one who is having issues reaching you guys.

Thank you very much. I actually think I am starting to get the hang of it.

All the code errors were mostly file permissions. I also used uppercase letters for tags, Videos instead of videos and this messed up some things up.

The weird thing is that they were displaying fine but if you just go to the site now the thumbnails will show an error. But if I go to my latest videos or any other page then back to the main page they will display.

I messed up somewhere. I do not even want to work on the design aspect until this is perfect and that is my favorite part. Everything in the members section is perfect, the tour just hates me.

I'm far from impressed with the way things started out but TBH, I'm more concerned about where they go then where they have been. I like the look of the product and still want to give it a shot. If the product sucks and the support is not there, I will address that issue at that time.

Since it's based on Wordpress it is a GPL product. There's nothing stopping anyone who purchased it from fixing bugs, making changes and then redistributing it.

Maybe this is a case where something like that might work. A nice little community might pop up and people can get support there.

Actually, no I'm not interested personally, and why are you airing my business on this forum? I have a client interested, but without proper documentation I asked her to take caution.

I would have to agree though, as you, who I assume is Claudio, is extremely difficult to get ahold of. It took almost two months for a refund, only after many attempts at email with no response.

If you're going to sell the product, please include proper documentation in *complete* form. *For instance, there is no where you provided that showed a list of the special tags.

It looks like you upgraded the pdf file finally. Too bad it was so vague when I needed it.

Refunded finally about a week and a half later. Seriously? After the support being just as delayed and vague as the refund request, I was happy to be rid of it.
