Great job dude, keep it up! I lost about 75 in a year and a half (down from 280 so over 25% of me) and unfortunately am back up a bit to about 215. Trying to get to 180-190 but it's been a rough year and I love food too much, lol.

It really is some accomplishment Tony. Scary that you did get to almost 500 pounds tho when you are capable of losing weight it seems. Good luck on getting to 200. That'll be a nice day for you I bet.

I didnt have to sorry to disappoint. Im 45 yrs old and nothing was wrong with me ,I figure my luck was going to change. There are people are verge of death and they still keep eating like there is no tomorrow. There is no had to , there is want to and have the will to.
