Hit me via email. I've been through custody hell. After three bloody years I did not lose my children...but a ton of money and most of my mind. How relevant the advice I can offer to your case is..well, it is anyone's guess...but I am most happy to talk to you. You should certainly discuss this with folks who have been through it.

Hopefully you will be able to work out custody without fighting in court. You need an attorney for advice. Get a consultation with one, for a couple hundred bucks. You will need to give them a retainer if you have to fight. Remember, she does not own your kid. Courts now understand the need to have Dad in the picture just as much as mom. If you are an involved Dad it really helps your case.

If she has a new man, she only wants your money. She probably does not want the burden of full custody (this will interfere with her new love and lifestyle), she is probably bluffing. If you can afford to, offer her to pay child support as though you are just a weekend Dad, even though you want 50% custody. If you want custody, you need to buy it. You are going to pay either way. If you fight, you pay and you may lose. If you pay enough, you can get the outcome you want and the money actually goes to your kid (or kids mom) instead of buying a new boat for your attorney.

Its really hard for me to take you seriously Dan, honestly, you made sure that I knew how bad of a person I was. Like im mentally disabled and blind like not seing how much you do for me..and stuff.. I made myself believe that I was crazy and that I needed anti depressants to make sure I watch what I do and say so I don?t get you mad, or even upset.. also, we had trust issues big time.. not that I can take away the things that I have done but you need to understand that you, also, have played with me. I have learnt an important lesson in life over the past 4 or 5 years.

Love yourself, love your wife, treat everyone around you fairly. Then let what ever happens around you happen unless you can prevent anything bad happening without controlling any situation.

If she threatens anything to you, either say nothing, or "ok, if thats how you want it"


You shall either lose her and your child for a short period or more probably everything shall be resolved as you are not creating an atmosphere.

hey thou you are right.. 30 days ago I deleted every site/page/post/blog I have ever made over the last 10 years because my gf hated what I did for a living even thou thats what I did when she got involved with me.. at the time I was making 20+k a month.. things got worst as time went on.. mostly cause I fell in love, had a family and spent more time not working. I begged for work cause I needed soemthing FAST.

But 30 days of hard work and dedication I can promise you I am now making more than what I was before I took off to thailand.. both in adult and mainstream. Just goes to show you thou that the #1 secret to this biz is hard work.

I have also had a full time job since I was done college, always paid my bills.

my ex has a part time job which she has had for the last year.. which is why she feels so fucking proud of herself.. i wish her the best with that.. really do.

I am just a webmaster on a single laptop.. I dont do phone calls.. faxs.. just get ccbill checks, everything else is on my computer bookmarked in roboform, a single folder etc.
