I don't know, we're facing an average of +3-4 degrees (and I'm talking Celsius, not Fahrenheit) over regular weather, and we had -3/4º C in winter, so our summer is extremely hot and we froze our asses in winter :(

But we had snow for the first time, yay!

What if it is salt water at constant temperature of -1 Celsius will the ice still melt?

Why not try it and find out? Of course, that would prove nothing since the ocean never remains a constant temp, which has zilch to do with the human race being here.
