the people who own the 'real' patent must be losers. fastsize has been around for like 6 years.

its very simple you retarded old fake suicide committing fuck. patent law is about what can be proven in court. you are not violating a patent or someones purported rights until a court says you are or you admit you are. proclaiming it to be fact, doesn't make it fact and proving it to be fact can take many years... while filing a civil suit against him for making such false claims takes considerably less time and costs considerably less money.

i don't know how to help you understand that. take a calendar.. color the first 60 days in yellow, which is about how much time it would take to serve him and crush him in court - then buy 4 more calendars and color everyday of those in orange and put a big number at the end of those 1200 + days - say a random, mid 6 figures in USD and that's what it will take to proven patent infringement.

going to a public forum, full of your would be advertisers, to announce that the markets leader in the product you hope to promote is "going down soon" and accusing them of patent infringement... subsequently accusing any and all webmasters promoting fast size of contributory patent infringement (his own potential webmasters) isn't exactly a genius move... and it brings in a whole lot of other legal questions about the validity of the remarks (which are claims - not facts), unfair business practices etc etc etc

further, the guy is so fucking dumb, that he's claiming that he's been "in talks" for over a year to discuss launching and promoting a product to webmasters and in this time has clearly done zero market research, was totally unaware of the markets largest player and has proven conclusively that he's incompetent to the point of being a danger to himself and those around him.

Thank you Pleasurepays for posting that link. If you would take a moment to read the document you would notice the date of patent submission was June 8, 1995 and is valid for twenty years.

I apologize to those who believe I announced this thread too harshly, I am in no way involved with any litigation that will take place, I merely have a business and financial interest in selling the legal product which holds a patent. If you can not understand this than I apologize to whoever you are.

I realize that products are copied and sold on a daily basis, as is content. I only get involved if it affects me. At the moment this does. Regarding the replies that say I should keep quiet if it's in litigation? I am not an involved party. Therefore if Brad wishes to sue me then I say go ahead. ICQ me and I'll give you my address to serve papers.

I have been in adult since 1994. I have helped a lot of people in this industry get started with content deals and such. If you wish to attack, go ahead but you will not find a single soul out there that will say I ever screwed them in a deal.

This is all being dealt with in the proper legal channels. We are in contact with Andromedical and know full well about their unenforceable patent (they actually weren't the first to produce this product or sell it which makes this whole patent thing funny to say the least)

Hey Brad :), glad you joined us. I partially agree with you about having no business posting this here since I am not an involved party, and I will leave this matter to those it belongs to, however you could consider me something like a reporter just reporting the news.

You may like to educate me though on how a patent is not enforceable if you hold a patent. What is a patent good for then? Why the hell would anybody patent anything?

After that did my own distribution primarily to Europe and launched adultwebcontent.com where I was one of the first licensed web content providers on the market (Same time as Lee Noga at Lion's Den/zmaster) and distributed adult.com's content line before my buddy stan sold it to Lensman.

Any lawyers worth their salt will almost always advise against such antics, at least until a judgement has been won. And even then it often comes with a non-disclosure clause that tells everyone involved to keep their mouths and keyboards shut over the issue.

Regarding the posting, I see your point but I have always had a tendency of shooting from the hip. If something pisses me off, I call them on it. If you own a patent, you own a patent. It's good for a certain amount of years and that's the only protection you have to get back your investment and make money.
