this is like saying "i was going to sell ferraris and have been in talks with ferrari for over a year and only found out yesterday there are similar red sports cars". - i mean, its literally that dumb on your part.

forgetting the patent issue... how can you be in talks with someone to promote a product for over a year and not even realize that fastsize.com exists?

that alone, highlights how moronic you are.

fastsize.com started in what? 02? the US patent was granted when? 07?

again, you're not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

All I ask is that they show their permission to sell their FastSize Extender which is patented in the USA by a company in Spain.
again... no one has to show you anything right? for what? because you, (a random weirdo) who appears to be 1/2 retarded, and who is not a representative of the company or the patent holder, wants to launch an affiliate program, who is unaware of the market spaces largest competitor and who is basically threatening all his own potential webmasters with a civil suit for contributory infringement demands it?

i understand stupidity. i mean, i understand that not everyone can be an astronaut.

but i just can't understand sometimes why people feel the necessity to broadcast the fact that they are both incompetent and stupid.

i'm kind of enjoying this. its like a light snack before bedtime.

if it was a slam dunk... you wouldn't be in a public forum making threats.

And once again you prove not to be the sharpest knife in the drawer and yet you are all over this board...no matter the subject..dispensing your words of wisdom. He clearly stated that he does not have the patent...thus he is not spending any money on a patent attorney. Please show us your law degree so when you accuse him of making a "libelous threat" we are aware that you at least have some credibility to be speaking about what constitutes a "libelous threat".

We know Andro very well - used to ship a ton of there stuff....

I don't sell these devices but I know alot of companies that do...

I looked at your site Content guy, you sold cdroms back in 94-95??

What company if I might ask, as we used to be huge back then and I knew about everyone there was in the biz.

Thanks

Todd

Your lawyers would strongly advise against this thread....When you're about to sue someone you don't post on a public board to tell everything he is "going down"..:1orglaugh

So Fuck You, you are evidently a Brad Man.

the people who own the 'real' patent must be losers. fastsize has been around for like 6 years.

its very simple you retarded old fake suicide committing fuck. patent law is about what can be proven in court. you are not violating a patent or someones purported rights until a court says you are or you admit you are. proclaiming it to be fact, doesn't make it fact and proving it to be fact can take many years... while filing a civil suit against him for making such false claims takes considerably less time and costs considerably less money.

i don't know how to help you understand that. take a calendar.. color the first 60 days in yellow, which is about how much time it would take to serve him and crush him in court - then buy 4 more calendars and color everyday of those in orange and put a big number at the end of those 1200 + days - say a random, mid 6 figures in USD and that's what it will take to proven patent infringement.

i didn't say HE was spending anything. I'm saying - that all has to happen BEFORE what is today only a "claim" - becomes a recorded fact.

you see... you can't accuse someone of something and attempt to damage their business, business relationships, income, customers/webmasters, attack/defame their character without opening yourself up to civil liability unless its proven true. it can't be proven true BEFORE Brad could PROVE he did say these things.

Got it?

Make any sense dumbass? do you need pictures, drawings? change of diapers? how can i help?

going to a public forum, full of your would be advertisers, to announce that the markets leader in the product you hope to promote is "going down soon" and accusing them of patent infringement... subsequently accusing any and all webmasters promoting fast size of contributory patent infringement (his own potential webmasters) isn't exactly a genius move... and it brings in a whole lot of other legal questions about the validity of the remarks (which are claims - not facts), unfair business practices etc etc etc

further, the guy is so fucking dumb, that he's claiming that he's been "in talks" for over a year to discuss launching and promoting a product to webmasters and in this time has clearly done zero market research, was totally unaware of the markets largest player and has proven conclusively that he's incompetent to the point of being a danger to himself and those around him.

so.. i fully understand how you instantly felt some sort of kinship with him. Maybe he's faked the death on ynot or JBM of his adopted father Land Cruiser or Uncle Suburban or his cousin, Jeep Wrangler. You should look into that.

i understand how all of the obvious problems here escape you. it does require some capacity for reason and logic and sadly for you, some small amount of intelligence.

In your honor, lets add a REAL dead Pathfinder to this thread.

I apologize to those who believe I announced this thread too harshly, I am in no way involved with any litigation that will take place, I merely have a business and financial interest in selling the legal product which holds a patent. If you can not understand this than I apologize to whoever you are.

I realize that products are copied and sold on a daily basis, as is content. I only get involved if it affects me. At the moment this does. Regarding the replies that say I should keep quiet if it's in litigation? I am not an involved party. Therefore if Brad wishes to sue me then I say go ahead. ICQ me and I'll give you my address to serve papers.

I have been in adult since 1994. I have helped a lot of people in this industry get started with content deals and such. If you wish to attack, go ahead but you will not find a single soul out there that will say I ever screwed them in a deal.

I stand corrected, the application was made in 2004 and approved by the US Patent Office in 2007. Sorry about that.

This is all being dealt with in the proper legal channels. We are in contact with Andromedical and know full well about their unenforceable patent (they actually weren't the first to produce this product or sell it which makes this whole patent thing funny to say the least)

This Roy fellow has no business posting any of this here. He is quite uneducated and misinformed on everything that is happening. That is all.

Hey Brad :), glad you joined us. I partially agree with you about having no business posting this here since I am not an involved party, and I will leave this matter to those it belongs to, however you could consider me something like a reporter just reporting the news.

You may like to educate me though on how a patent is not enforceable if you hold a patent. What is a patent good for then? Why the hell would anybody patent anything?

What an odd post to come up....

It's hard to remember that far back, but I know of an adult company selling these online around that time frame, produced by a company in France or maybe Spain..

It was a copy of a much older product, but done up in a pretty box and shit... were talking 12-13 years ago or so.

sextoyking 01-14-2010 12:44 PM

Roy,

what adult cdrom company did you say you worked for in 94?

I sent you a reply by icq. I was with Starware for a couple of years, did Romsoft a short bit followed by New Machine after they were purchased by Mission Control. After that did my own distribution primarily to Europe and launched adultwebcontent.com where I was one of the first licensed web content providers on the market (Same time as Lee Noga at Lion's Den/zmaster) and distributed adult.com's content line before my buddy stan sold it to Lensman.
PS - if anyone has an email addy for Lee please let me know, It would be great to touch base with her. She just disappeared.

Thanks.

I never got the icq..

Ok, I know those companies - used to buy alot from new machine... dang can't remember that title - something japanese interactive or something - they had some big hits...

Lee sounds like she is doing fine - saw her post at another board, her busty babes series rocked, we couldn't keep enough in stock...

With a thread title in the form of a threat? I don't think so. This thread should not have been posted, at least not in it's present form of wording. If you were merely reporting to the masses on what's happening with this it would have been presenting quite different.

If "BradM, you are going down..." isn't a threat I don't know what is. He may be going down on his gramma but whether or not his business is going down is very much up in the air.

Any lawyers worth their salt will almost always advise against such antics, at least until a judgement has been won. And even then it often comes with a non-disclosure clause that tells everyone involved to keep their mouths and keyboards shut over the issue.

Sorry, but the others are right, it was a bad move bringing this to the board, at least in the way you did it.

Yeah, we used to have neighboring booths at the adultdex shows, boy those were the good ole days. Let me know if you can find a contact to her, it would be great to talk about the old times. Hit me up on icq, got some business questions for you.

Yeh I think the first adultdex was in 95 at the Sahara, good times there...

Will have to think about it, don't know.......

See whether you are or not involved in anything against fastsize or another company I sure wouldn't have brang it to a board.... It's just not too professional you know...

Yes, you might remember our "Lucky 7" bundle we sold at that show in Sahara.

Regarding the posting, I see your point but I have always had a tendency of shooting from the hip. If something pisses me off, I call them on it. I won't divulge everything I know here but I have enough background info to know what I say is true. I have been ripped off too many times and I sympathize with others that have to deal with it. If you own a patent, you own a patent. It's good for a certain amount of years and that's the only protection you have to get back your investment and make money. Back in the days, we had an honor system, nowadays everything is legal bullshit.
