Oddly enough, I responded to pr0's post exactly how an advice article from Cracked.com says ...

I was hoping I'd have an email from pr0 this morning with:

- "I'm sorry saying all those lies and bullshit about you, and defaming you"
- "I'll refund / wire back to you the $2,000 immediately for not doing your work. "
- "I'll talk to the guy that paid me $5,000 a year ago and didn't do any of his work yet, and work out a deal with him"

His only only excuse for not refunding me is that he accuses me of violating the NDA, however if that's true then he's violated it far worse than me.

He didn't do the work, and is just using it as a bullshit reason, to try to have some argument to hold onto.

Why not post the contract? Now I'm beginning to wonder if there's a "forfeit all monies paid" clause in there or something. You aren't responding to questions appropriately and pr0 has disappeared like a fart in a hurricane. He looks like a thief and you're being evasive. If you're going to run to the boards with shit like this you need to be prepared to discuss all of the details.

I hired pr0 to do work - paid him $2000. He didn't do the work, admitted he didn't do the work (in one of these threads).

But he refuses to pay me my money back, and now he hides.

How can anyone support that behaviour? What kind of person supports that?

It's pretty fast to write about an issue I know about. Issue hasn't consumed me either - just because it's something regularly occurring doesn't mean I don't have other things going on in my life..

It's the $2,000 I want back. For the hours I've spent so far on this, it'll be worth $100-$150 or more per hour to get my $2,000 back. Cost-benefit analysis. Whatever. You're allowed your opinion.
