What something is worth is what you can do with it - thats why different people have different opinions on what things (including domains) are worth. Some people can only use a domain for its parking ppc income, while for others a domain is what set them apart from the competition. Its the difference between owning a prime location land lot and using it for a dirt parking lot, or using its prime location for building a super hotel/casino/shopping center etc.

Location, location, location - it does makes a difference for different people :)
