1440 X 900 on a 22" monitor. 1680X1050 is native but everything looks too small. Not sure how people use 1920X1080 on anything under 30 inches.

That was actually in Jan of 2009. If you figure that the previous 5 years saw a 50% increase than means in 2010 one could expect 86% to be using higher than 1024X768 in Jan 2010. What's amazing is how many websites are still designed for 800X600 even though even a year ago less than 5% were using that resolution. Even 1024X768 is too small.
