Turn the TV on, open a newspaper, read a magazine, go to the streets and in 15 minutes you might actually get an idea of "Who says". I'm saying that in general of corse, it doesn't mean that you will see a huge sign saying "Hey, I say you've got to be rich to be successful!" pop in front of you.
Forget the middle ages. Look at the 1950s. People didn't lock their doors back then. And now they rely on security firms to protect themselves. Thats how the world have improved in just recent years. Is that a big improvement? Or did it improved culturally? So Britney Spears is a real good fucking talent? Perhaps it was improved scientifically?
The world is degrading. Money is a new God. And its sad.

who cares what the media says? they are all spin cases. they are out to make people feel bad about themselves so it forces emotional reaction in them.
1950s stepford wives were so hopped up on medications no wonder they were so happy to sit around and clean all day. doors open? why not? i dont feel unsafe where i am. i find the media blows stuff out of proportion. thieves and evil people have always existed. doesnt mean i am going to live my life in fear and padlock the door.
i dont agree with the western society mentality and i do feel the world is going that way. but who cares? it is up to you to be true to yourself and the people around you. cant save everyone.
