there lies the problem. Sure tube sites with full length videos can make sales, but can you profit. If your content is dirt cheap or stolen you likely can. If you are paying to have custom content made to update a tube site, no way in hell you will make money. Sure he probably has a lot of content to kick it off with, but sooner or later he will run out and if he is really going to update it everyday with his own custom, exclusive content he will have a lot more cost than most tube sites.
