ZX 81 was my very first but was quickly traded for a vic 20 and c64, i also had Apple 2, Mac Plus, Amiga's and numerous Atari systems.

commodore 64. first game i played on it was 'blue max'. i recently set it back up when i was visiting my parents. its still fun to play.

Atari ST - kept it for a couple months and sold it.

My Dad got himself an Apple 2 and when he didn't want us kids touching it, he bought us a Laser 128 which was a Apple 2e clone.

I don't think that I have any 8" floppies left. I'll check the storerooms this week and let you know. I have all kinds of crazy old shit back there. Colorado tape backups, jazz/zip disk, 1.44" disk and so much more.

Oh man, I had a Tandy! The best game I had on there was Mother Goose Stories or maybe Bushido.

I don't remember what the first one we had in our home was. I know that it was an off brand and that the screen was yellow on black ;)

It was a Tandy something or other, I remember it's OS was Open Access. We talked my Dad into getting it to run his business on it. It had those 10 inch floppy disks.

a AST 486 50mhz with 4meg RAM in early '95 I was 12 years old. Got my self a blazing 14,4k dial-up modem with that :thumbsup

My first was a Commodore Vic-20 then the 64 then the 128. I was an expert at programming all three...though I never made a software sale. I did have an article published in one of the popular Commodore mags and I did have one software that I had presented for sale...denied...then about six months later saw that it had been stolen and was being sold commercially.

Then left it on there flashing and bouncing all day in awe of my accomplishment
Then I got a POS mac of some sort that had a 2400 baud modem
Then I got a big bad 486 DX-4 80mhz
What the hell was the DX-4 supposed to mean, anyway?
I HAD SIXTEEN MEGS OF RAM, BITCHES!!

Color Computer 2 I had for a while before upgrading to a tandy 1000. The old CoCo was fun though.. learned some BASIC on it, and created some programs from books that were kind of cool. God forbid you ever had a power outage while typing in a million lines of code, but we all had our crosses to bear.
