After 4 hours of being there i had John Strong come in and give me an A+ scene. I had a feeling that it was gonna go bad because of the problems he had with me prior and the failures he had with Jim Powers so i had my assistant shoot the video when i was doing stills. I was never gonna release it then i got the call that this guy sucker punched Porno Dan. Thought that i would put Porno Dan and Jim Powers claims of this guys non performance into fact.

Thats nice. And that is really cool that you are working on something different. That i can respect and applaud, because picking up 2 different types of cameras and putting up money for a shoot can be very difficult and expensive. That i will always respect no matter what differences we may have.

Guys claiming that they will not waste my time if i book them is always funny to me when they in fact cant perform. Because they will sell me on how great they are for months before i hire them. Then it costs me.


Why do i post it? Because people think that it is so easy to do what i do, when in fact it can be quite difficult at times. As you may be learning through your own experiences shooting your niche.


I laugh my ass off when people fall very short to their claims on how good they are or were for someone else. Thats all i can do is laugh, because it just costed me a bunch of money that i will never get back by using this guy.


Keep in mind when a male charges you $500+ for a scene i can talk sports with him or other people on set in between takes and breaks and he should have ZERO problems. If he is a $700 guy and up, he should be able to fuck outside in front of his mom and a Super Bowl halftime show.


So laughter and screwing around on set with a solid male is the norm. $300 guy or less?? I wouldn't even bother shooting, because the money you save will be spent on the time wasted trying to get the scene shot. Try and save a buck and you will be fucked! USE GUYS WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD AND YOU WILL ALWAYS BE GOLDEN!!!!


Now that i know your a shooter, you wouldn't want to know the pit falls and difficulties that a B/G shooter deals with? I would think so.


Like i said, im not here to fight with you or anybody else on this board. If you dont like what i have to share dont read my thread and dont comment. Its that simple.

1) You can use skanky (i.e. cheap) female talent. (Further inhibiting wood) lol
2) You can use a crappy (i.e. cheap) location. Perhaps even the male talent's own place.
3) You won't have to pay for a makeup artist.
4) You won't have to buy video tape.
5) You won't have to put up a website.
6) The male talent pays you in CASH! NO TAXES!

The possibilities are endless!!!

couple more pics, i shoot stills with a nikon d40/18-105mm lens and for video i have a pana hpx-170. i will purchase a full-frame camera in the future to replace the d40.

Not to be mean or anything, but it is my impression that a lot of people who shoot mainstream Valley talent prefer not to shoot better-looking guys. It kinda seems like there is a lot of rooting for the guy to fail. Why, when your scene depends on a hard dick, would you make a bet with your talent to fail?

If someone has wood problems on my set, I (a) always make sure there is a way to leave them alone for a few and (b) have a good variety of different niches of smut for them to look at to get inspired, if needed.
