I've seen gfy go quite a ways downhill since I joined last year. It used to be that it didn't matter what time of day it was, if you waited 10 minutes and clicked new posts, the max (150) would show up.

I just came back after bring gone for a few hours, and I click new posts, and there was less than 140 from 8pm till now.

Most of Les' posts (especially recent ones) were 'over the top' and easily in violation of #5. So, if he didn't see this coming from a mile away, he's clueless.
