Income tax is based on "voluntary compliance"
They publicly fail to answer why they're REQUIRING people to file
They will give a generalization. "You have to stop at a red light, or you get a ticket."
That wasn't the question you god damned life stealing human waste.
There's a LAW saying that I HAVE TO.
Ask again, get the same bullshit.

Income taxes are meant for corporate income.
Even than amendment wasn't properly ratified.
The 13th, was it?

Even worse,
What they call income, for the average worker, is not income at all... it is a non taxable EXCHANGE.

God damn the IRS and anyone who doesn't hate them,
I hope that they all #&#&#)%&)& a horrible and slow *($&*&)&% for the lives they've ruined. For good people they've harmed. For ever dime they've ever STRONG ARMED while wearing a "clean face".

Pilot crashed plane into IRS. This is very tragic. It is illogical to do such things. It really is.

They turned everyone into a corporation. Then you claim to be said corporation. This is how they get away with it legally. They just didn't tell anyone. Convenient this happened in a state with two republicans damn near close to losing to a tea party candidate.

At least that's the picture the media will paint of him. You sure won't see them making a martyr of him. :1orglaugh

Unfortunately he was right in assuming that his writing would be pointless. He may bring eyes to his manifesto and maybe change a few minds, but for the most part he will be discredited and his name filthed upon for years to come.

God bless our loving internet for making sure his "manifesto" never just "goes away". Change takes action. Maybe he felt it was time to take action, and maybe he was right. :2 cents:

The incumbent is around 40%, KBH is low 30's and the tea party candidate has never broke 15%, so ya I guess they are damn close to losing to a tea party candidate...

I guess it depends on what poll you look at. I've seen numerous unbiased polls which have placed Medina WELL above the others. Its a rigged game and this is just part of the rigging. You see the idea is to let republicans takje back over (two sides to every coin) so your dumb ass will think you're making a change. If a constitutionalist (Ron Paul) like peron gets power they've lost their little game. Especially the biggest state in the union. When the reality is they are two sides of the same coin. Obama anyone? Tea party was hijacked and the hijacking is coming undone. This is the hijackers attempt to keep control.

Cant have anyone outside of the box..

You're obviously inside the box.

I read his "manifesto" and it sounds as if he was a somewhat failed businessman that resented paying taxes and had hired some creative accountants (maybe with his encouragement) then resented it when the IRS nailed him. I have had accountants over the years and I always explicitly told them not to be creative. In fact...at one point I fired one accountant (a very good friend) who...against my instructions...became creative and as a result I had to pay a substantial sum in additional taxes.

I have never resented paying taxes...though at times I do not like the way the government mismanages expenditures.

It also sounds as if he may have watched too much of Glenn Beck's rantings...and taken the rantings seriously.

Most people bitch about income taxes when in reality most people don't even pay income taxes or pay very little. Most people make under $50,000 which means they pay between 0%-4% of their income in income taxes. In fact many people that make under $35,000 get money FROM the governemnt.

In reality you pay more tax money to the state and local government that you do the federal government. So if one really wants to gripe about how their tax money is spent should bitch to the state and local governments.

Yes they do. You just don't hear about them because they don't want everyone to know. There was a landmark case just last year. The income tax is one of the biggest scams in history and it HAS been unraveled. Just not common knowledge, yet.

Taxes are withheld from most people's pay check. True you get some back but you're still taxed. Regardless, you're always paying tax to fed and state when you buy food, alcohol, tobacco, gas, etc.

His first problem is he lied on his tax forms. Second was he claimed to be said corporation on the form and there again amitted to being it in the courtroom. His case is a classic example of what I'm referring to. His fictional character/corporation was brought into court on "charges". He acknowledged himself as said corporation. Now he has to pay his "debt" to society. That is exactly how they trick us into it. When we are born a coporation is setup and we are "acting" on it's behalf. It's all one big fucking scam/ponzi scheme.

Cite the the landmark case just last year. All of my life people have gone to prison for claiming there is not a law requiring them to pay taxes or claiming that it is not constitutional. There have been hundreds...if not thousands...in my life time...some of which resisted unto their own death being delivered to them by federal autorities.

Because we are just now figuring out how the scheme is run with many thanks to those who came before. I've given you just a few clues already. Most cases are actually tried because you "lie" on the voluntary forms and/or agree to be liable for the "charges" therefore you must pay your "debt" to society.

I'll have to dig up the case actually there were a couple last year won. One in particular more or less agreed that there is NO LAW. It was in Florida if I remember correctly. You are volunteering to act as a representative of a corporation (person) and volunteering to be held liable for the actions of said corporation (person). Have you ever asked yourself why it is that when a large corporation cheats they only pay a fine (debt) for their "charges?" It's because there's no one man or woman to hold liable. Whereas in your/our case we are offerring ourselves up.

Besides incomes taxes are only going to pay interest on a debt created from money made out of thin air by the bankers who came up with and coverup this scheme. The money in circulation is legal tender (debt notes) there is no lawful money in circulation therefore there can be no actual debt.

onwebcam 02-19-2010 09:47 PM

Every dollar printed is a dollar borrowed from bankers who never put anything of value of their own up as collateral. In fact they stole the wealth (gold) of the nations and gave us pieces of paper in return. Now we pay interest on those pieces of paper interest that we could never pay back. Especially since you can't pay a debt with another debt. Debt slaves.
