Not sure about that but its going to give the US Attorney's Office some very good ammunition in their fight against the FSC and their motion to throw out 2257.

Didn't her current bf used to work for Dirty D or for some reason have a grudge with him for some reason? I seem to recall them trying to get him to pull the content down or something of that nature, and recall a website being put up against him.. This all sounds like a revenge plot of some sort.

Seriously if he had stored his records with us, he would at least know that he had the records necessary to prove his innocence (if he is). And he would have access to them from anywhere.

Instead now, he has to fight to get back the very records that prove his case.

Once LE gets a search warrant its all gone.

I talked to a producer that had his home raided because of something that someone that was living with was charged with. He wasnt even named in the complaint...

The police still took all of his equipment, DV tapes and records because the other guy had access to them. $270,000 worth of stuff and its all still sitting in a police evidence lock-up 8 months later.

On the fake ID issue....Back 20 years ago when i was in college, I new someone who access to ID blanks and a laminting machine, and there was NO WAY to tell the difference between the real and the fake ID by looking at them. A cop would have had to had to call in and look up the person in question in a database to see if it was fake or not.

So fucking owned, remeber kids karma is a bitch!

He never appeared to be bright to begin with. I remember when his last drama came up there was a guy telling things about underage model, not getting paid etc... I wonder if hes the one that blew the whistle.

I agree - this isn't bullshit. I had my video recording equipment seized at the bar I owned once cause the police spoke to an ex employee who lied to them and said I was going to delete it all. Took me two months to get it back and the only reason i got it back that fast was because I was able to prove the cop straight out lied on the search warrant and it ended up in a case against the cop.

any video surveillance in the future I'm involved with will be instantaneously sent to a server in a non extraditable country that only I have the password to that i might conventionality forget cause i'm very forgetful. (my spelling on GFY for 10 years is proof of this lol)
