I have to echo this. I couldn't ask for a better hosting solution then Webair! Their tech support is available via email, live support in your control panel and via phone. In the last two years they added a host of support tools specifically to enhance their quality of service.
If they emailed you back and you didn't follow up or didn't follow the status reports or schedule that you get I hate to say it but that is on you.
Bottom line...if you reach out to Webair with an issue IT GETS FIXED.
IMHO WEBAIR ROCKS!
