What is with these idiots and their virtual accounts whining all the time? Why would anyone put a complex script driven site on a virtual account? That is just plain fucking retarded.

I have to echo this. I couldn't ask for a better hosting solution then Webair! Their tech support is available via email, live support in your control panel and via phone. In the last two years they added a host of support tools specifically to enhance their quality of service.

If they emailed you back and you didn't follow up or didn't follow the status reports or schedule that you get I hate to say it but that is on you.

Bottom line...if you reach out to Webair with an issue IT GETS FIXED.

IMHO WEBAIR ROCKS!

Have to agree with that... Why would anybody who pays $20 a month for hosting bitch about anything? For that kind of money all you could ever hope for is that your site is up.
