You don't need anyone's advice according to the look-at-my-new-fit-and-shaved-body-pics! Great results in such a short time :thumbsup

lolz, i actually get advice, just not from most here.

just dave and phil here both have good knowledge re: this sort of thing.

but the bottomline is we each have to figure out for ourselves a plan of action to get fit.

i get your sarcasm too.:1orglaugh:thumbsup

yeah, i am doing tunafish in water, canned grean beans, you cannot beat 60 calories a can. I am doing maybe 1300 calories with that and limiting myself to one soda per day. I walk a mile and a half in the park right by my house every couple of days and use dumbells for my upper body right now.

I got in great cardio shape, and lost about 5 lbs. My main problem was I didn't follow the diet to a T, if I had i'm sure I would have been able to get into single digits in bf.

I wasn't directing it at you i was directing it anyone else that wanted to starve themselves and have their body eat up muscle for energy.

hey, i don't really do the icq these days but i can tell you the p90x diet is a good, solid program. it's split into 3 phases- lo carb, moderate carbs and high carbs. as you progress through the workout and the sessions get more intense, the carb requirements go up.

they have you calculate your daily required calories and then add ~400 calories to that.

it's not a calorie deficit diet program, it's one to give you enough energy to power through the intense workouts.

holler back with any other questions, this is my 2nd time going through the program and highly recommend it, it is crazy intense exercise!

Thanks for the info
