There are millions of people rich enough to buy that car (meaning they have enough money to make the purchase) US has about 2,700,000 millionairs. and worldwide total is about about 9 million.

My guess is they are figuring your net worth needs to be at about 50 million (liquid) to make that kind of purchase when they say only 6000 people can afford it. But hey, they are marketers....its sounds far more exclusive if they word it that way.
