It's obvious to me that fmltube is only going after D and anyone that defends him or his actions in the interest of the "industry."

Don't want to be in fmltube's scope? Don't defend D's actions and don't say it should be swept under the rug so that there is no more scrutiny.

It's so obvious that's what's going on here. Look at the original target and what fmltube is upset about ... look at the new people he/she is mentioning. It's all connected.

Now, take yourself out of the porn industry. Would it be OK that some pornographer in Tampa is charged with knowingly shooting a minor? No, it wouldn't. Yes, self-preservation is important but you cannot let a personal relationship with this industry fuck with your ability to reason. Nobody outside of the porn industry would defend someone accused of doing what D is alleged to do.

I'm not defending D or fmltube. I'm looking at it how people outside this industry would ... as one big fucked up situation ... and if what D is did what he's alleged to do then he has to face the music.

This is not a first amendment issue. This is not an obscenity issue (may turn into one but did not start out as one) ... this is a issue of supposedly shooting a model that was underage.

A bar owner that has a bartender that serves someone under 21 has to face the music and so does a pornographer that shoots someone under 17. If that bar owner is not guilty they get off and so does the pornographer.

As for the venue ... well, D chose that. He was/is well aware of the risks of shooting there.

I have a question ... in this instance, would D have better luck with a judge or a jury? I've never been criminally charged with anything so I'm not 100% certain, but don't you have the right to choose?

I'd imagine someone in CA getting popped with this would want a trial by judge ... then, if "personal opinion" appears to interfere with the trial, the defendant can appeal and say that the judge was impartial.
