Nah with iBill it is most certainly accusations. They recently tried to purchase Globill but when the deal went sour accusations were flying everywhere.

We had to cut back our lilac pretty hard this winter, so no flowers yet. But it's trying :) I've never seen them as big as the ones in the pic you posted!
