OK so nice of you to bring this to the boards considering I came to you to design a website for the company that I worked for. I did not give you the run around...the owner of the company(of which I was supposed partners with) gave ME the run around in paying you...I tried to get you paid. Eventually, I got screwed over for a whole lot more than the $450 that HE owed you.

Shortly thereafter the OWNER had a heart attack and DIED on his kitchen floor leaving EVERYONE screwed over. Once a person dies, so does everything else as his son had to liquidate everything the company owned and any debts owed. There was absolutely NOTHING I could do. I suppose I could pay you out of my OWN pocket but I'm still trying to recover from this whole mess as well.

MANY of the people in this industry knew this man that screwed you over and will tell you that I'm not shitting you when I tell you he's passed on. You had the p/w to the site and could have taken down your work when he didn't pay you. Send his son your invoice and maybe he'll pay you...I wouldn't count your chickens tho.. [email protected]

It was from the person who runs the Adult Industry Truth blog, they sent me a link to a post which had all of Shimmy's personal info on it, which I think has since been taken down.

The threats to me came right after I had torn Darrah a new asshole in another thread for insinuating Ella Black was a homewrecker. So my first impression was the ICQ threats were from Darrah.

The person insisted they weren't Darrah, so I said if they aren't Darrah then there's really no reason then that they should have beef with me. The person apologised, and that was the end of it.

It was a hell of a thing to wake up to, but the person on the other end did make their best efforts to apologise afterwards. :upsidedow Honestly I don't know who the person on the other end of the ICQ was, but they told me they are the person who turned in Dirty D. I don't think Brittany O sullivan or whatever is a real name. I'm not totally convinced it's not in connection with Darrah, but I don't have the time or energy to play Sherlock Holmes. Also I know I am outmatched as the person on the other end clearly has more resources than I do when it comes to fucking up someone's day.

I have ZERO issue with that, and I've always been that way as well, but lately more and more I bite my tongue. You have 100's of shit starting surfers on here, that have absolutely nothing to lose on this board. They remain anon and can make whatever claims they want.

So now more and more people don't post what they think. I had a full on assault on my family and friends this past few months. And it was done due to just some very few posts, kept mainly middle of the road giving my opinion.

Frankly I've met Lori, Im friendly with her, have no problems with her. Was never a fan of her large font diff colored pr posts, but no biggy there. The other guy? Well I wish him no ill will, but certainly will not be waiving a flag saying how awesome he is, due to him being part of the "mob" that thinks they are the moral police on this PORN board. It all just starts to be a joke at some point, and I think we are well past that point.

Maybe Ill start being like the "mob" members and attacking those I dislike from anon nicks and dragging up information on them. Im VERY qualified to do such, and I do dig up info on those that have fucked with me in the past. Im just not as dirty as the current anon people... well till pushed.

But hope it all works out and the issue is resolved.
