You really arent making sense there. Nation destroyers is a reckless comment and you have nothing but your own fear to base it on. Amnesty for illegals? Yes, the past couple of decades has been strict on illegal aliens. Thats why Walmart gets busted hiring them. Thats why in every news clip showing farm workers harvesting, they all have hoods pulled over their faces and hats on their heads. Pay attention. Thats why corrupt american companies hire them for pennies instead of paying a real wage and hiring fellow americans. You know what, it's too easy. Leave it at this: How was your 8 years of republican leadership on illegal aliens and reforming the immigration system? And all this fear talk about Obama like he's a manufactured bot set loose on an innocent country in order to destroy it. All just talk. All born of fear. Whipped up fear in a frenzy of tantrum from a baby called the republican party. The minority party throwing a major tantrum because they picked wrong and didnt get any sweet deals in this new bill that became law. Tough shit. Better luck next time. |

Btw, I love the "Fear mongering" double standard. When Obama fucks up, he doesn't really fuck up, the Republicans make it look that way!! Idiot |
Once again The Demon types words that make no impact.
It's already a law, dimwit. |

weekly, I completely agree!
The Demon, this law doesnt wait until 2014 to go into effect, but I didnt expect you to be up on even the simplest facts. I give up on you, troll away. |

Good luck with that. When they do raids to bust illegals here, people complain it is racial profiling. They should just make a guest worker program like they have mentioned many times. |
Let them come. Simply make a robust enforcement of CURRENT laws. How could anyone have a problem with that?

No one will immediately leave for XXXX state if it wins for the simple reason that if one state "wins", they all "win" and this law will probably be repealed. |
Hahaha sure thing, tool. :)

Tell me, is everyone on here paid by post for the "stick your head in the sand and whistle out your asshole because you think someone else is going to pay your way" support, or is that just where the cards fall?

1. What you describe with the states has been happening for years. People have been fleeing the high tax, semi-socialist republics of Massachusetts, California, Michigan, etc. for other states with less government burden. The people who are going to these aforementioned states are in fact looking for the handouts you mention. So it is already happening... unfortunately these states are losing more productive victims (tax payers) to the other states so they are close to bankruptcy. 2. I am rich and healthy and have not had health insurance for most of my life. It is an educated choice based on age, health, and statistics - The same variables insurance companies use to determine my rate. So, to answer your question, Yes... there are a lot of people who can afford it but choose not to have insurance. These same people do not want to pay for other people's medical coverage. Keeping in mind that the poor and elderly already get their medical expenses covered via Medicaid and Medicare. Maintenance of life, at the expense of someone else, is not a right... |
Amen to that ^

It is this kind of logic that makes moron trolls like the demon grasp for straws, sling insults, and attempt to spin another GOP defeat into something that makes no sense, as usual. |

what does that tell us? to me it reads like this: anyone with a fat wallet is treated at high standards - but what does it mean to the ones in misfortune? DANG! the RICH ... re-read it ... the RICH may come to US for special surgeries or such ... but, look at from a different angle: a not so wealthy couple with a 18 months old baby with a heart malfunction and NO insurance ... let it die? what has happened to the social thought in the US? if THAT is christianity and compassion preaching i sure as hell ask myself what happened? IN GOD WE TRUST - THE DOLLAR IS OUR LUST oh, and ... 25 Germany 26 Saudi Arabia 27 United Arab Emirates 28 Israel 29 Morocco 30 Canada 31 Finland 32 Australia 33 Chile 34 Denmark 35 Dominica 36 Costa Rica 37 United States of America boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo :2 cents: |

Oh Demon, the solace a life of non-sequitur must bring. Watching you bumblefuck your way around an argument brings me joy. Dont get me wrong, I would like to see everyone you argue with dead, their families weeping on the edge of an open trench before the sweet release of a 9 mm thesis statement. But you... you have a special place in my heart. Your suffering would last an eternity.

I think the problem they are going to face in 10 and 12 is that they are pandering to the smallest possible base. Everyone is entitled to believe what they will but the more moderate 'big tent party' republicans were a much bigger threat then this new ultra conservative semi violent tea party that the RNC is kissing the ass of. The majority of Americans do not agree with their policies or rhetoric and now their tactics of vandalism and implied threats of violence. The republicans would do very well to distance themselves from these radicals and move more to the middle and quickly The democrats have their own problems, they are perceived as weak on defense and as spineless as a jellyfish, but they are now being considered by many to be 'republican lite' which is more centrist and appeals to a much larger percent of the population. I do not see them losing their majorities in either house at this point :2 cents: spaz |

Gambrinus is rather amusing. The idiots I usually deal with on this forum don't go through great lengths to try and make people think they're intelligent, but this kid does it without effort. Definitely amusing :) :) |

davidd, I think the part where people have been choosing to not buy insurance and thus not pay for others care is really where it comes down, whether we like it or not. Those who pay for insurance and need to get benefits from it are being gouged and dropped because they are sometimes loss leaders. And thats because the poor and homeless and people without insurance who have an emergency still have to be paid for somehow. Those who can and DO pay out of pocket afterwards are not the issue. The only people the insurance companies have to get money from or cut losses from.. are their dwindling paying clients. So of course, they do. I think it reached the point where enough people saw it was unsustainable.
Oh and I know there are provisions in the law that dont take effect immediately. Some take effect later, and some even later. I was replying to the post which said "it'll never see the light of day" which it already has of course. |
