Thanks for your concern Will, and indeed, I am one of the first points of contact for D as well as my other clients. If I had any indication that this was not a valid position to take, to stand behind a client who has consistently paid his affiliates for over a decade but wouldn't pay going forward, I'd be the first one to end the contract. I am careful who I take on to represent whether its on the PR front or just B2B.

I stood by Dirty D not just as a business associate, but as a friend. I know that his payment processes are sound, and his business is intact. His company paid affiliates (as well as myself) even during his absence (while he was in EU). I've done business with Dirty D for several years now, and know that he takes his company, life, and freedom seriously and would not risk any of that by knowingly shooting someone who is 17 even if she was turning 18 in a matter of days or even hours.

I take care in protecting my company by the clients I do business with, and although I do a lot of projects with various companies and contract only a few, I refrain from doing business with companies who conduct bad business practices because it doesn't help me or my clients. I hope someday we get a chance to meet, so you can see first hand that I'm pretty straightforward, almost to a fault. I have nothing to gain by promoting just anyone nor do I need money that badly that I would do so.

To say he has paid his clients on time for 10 years is the truth. Nothing to dispute there other than instances like the one that popped up a couple months back (and caused this whole problem) where he chose to terminate an affiliate for bogus reasons.

Even in this post it sounds like you are guaranteeing that affiliates will have no problems in the future. I don't care how much Dirty D values his business, the fate of his business is no longer in his hands. Even if he wins he will incur a ton of money in legal fees. How much does he have available to pay his fees. Will he have to dip into affiliates money /traffic to help pay for his freedom? If he loses what will happen to his sites?

Lot's of questions left to be unanswered and this can go either way. While you want to be positive and do your job, going to the extent of telling everyone it will be ok, what is going to happen to you if things turn out to not be ok. I think anyone with a good NON BIASED sense of what is going on can see that there is a greater chance of affiliates getting screwed in the future than not.

typing

it all starts in 2006 after she got fired and laid off at FleshLightCash, and while i read it back myself, i think it deserves a dedicated thread.

Give me a few more moments, i like to go into DETAIL!!

Oohh Jenn, in the mean time you can still alter your post, if you do so, i`ll leave it and let you do your own show on GFY as you do for years.

If not, then i fear what I started in 2006, I end in 2010
Your choice

Jenn, cause the information I will bring out is so sensitive and damaging, and all in a time frame where you and I shared 1 bed... I still give you time to delete those lines about me. You have no idea how good my memory is. You want to cut with a knife, better be sure the blade is not turning against you. I am cut from quality wood, and when i read back the story from my side, saves already in a txt file ready to go, you are cut from fire wood.

So be smart and change it, or face a total destruction :) U know me better, I keep my word.

I have been a How I Got Rich affiliate for almost 5 years now. I always got paid in time and to me Dirty D has always kept his word. I don't see any reason why I should stop promoting this program. The conversion ratios are still very good.

I see a mix of results here. Some will, some will not. Interesting.

I don't push his sites, but if I operated sites that did very well with his program I probably won't pull the links just because of this fiasco. It's easier said than done to drop a sponsor that earns a lot of income for you...:2 cents:

I am a suspicious person by nature. When I saw her pop back up with the "donation" thread I thought the same thing as well...

Very true, I suppose it would depend on what material you were pushing of his. As I recall wasn't this incident over one model, (which content was subsequently pulled)?

Anyways, I'm in no way supporting his program or him. He's an idiot who brought this down on himself with the horrible decisions he has made. I would NEVER consider pushing his program.

However, I'm just pointing out the big dogs who earn a lot of money with his program likely won't even chime in here and they won't hastily pull links either.

Even if the motives behind it were selfish, if it helped someone in need I don't have a huge issue with it.

I think it would have gone a longer way though had the images of ASM not had giant HIGR watermarks all over them. :2 cents:

TAMPA, Fla. It?s being reported that Dirty D has filed a not guilty plea in a case involving his alleged participation in a 2007 Tampa shoot involving then underaged performer Kelsey Cummings.

D?s attorney Bjorn Brunvand also made a request for discovery according to the xbiz.com article which states that Brunvand further asked that the judge reduce Dirty D?s $200,000 bond to $40,000 so that Dirty D could use the difference to pay his legal expenses.

The request was denied because it was argued that Dirty D has the financial means to support his case based on $60,000 in cash which was found in his home during the investigation by Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement officials plus the fact that D?s business has been valued at $1 million.

Dirty D was arrested on March 17 and charged with two counts of the promotion of a sexual performance of a child and two counts of the use of a child in a sexual performance.
An arraignment is scheduled for Apr. 5.
