Now for a post that no one gives a fat flying fuck about. The phone in the picture looks like a mid-late Protel Sentinal. Somewhere between a model 4000-8000. Though it could be a Wetsern Electric (Protel kind of knocked off the look and I'm kind of Rusty these days) Protel manufactures(mafactured?) COCOTs, or Customer Owned Coin operated telephones, which are generally owned and operated not by the telco, but private owners, much like a vending machine.
Used to see quite a few of these kicking around, then and the Nortel centurions. Now all I see anywhere anymore are the Nortel milleniums. Even those used to be easy as fuck to play around with in the early days, when most of the service codes were all left to default.
Man I miss phucking with phones sometimes. Reminds me of wardialing for hours on end in momma's basement.
